Well, nearly every day I wear my laptop on my lap. ;-) Other than that, I do like to wear rings and/or earrings when I'm going out of the house.
B: What is your beauty routine?
Not much, really. Shampoo/conditioner combo, The Body Shop's tea tree face foam schtuff. Regularly washed hands. Stuffed animals to de-stress me. ;-)
C: What was the last item of clothing (for yourself) that you purchased?
I went on a bit of a shopping spree before Jeremy's mom's birthday. Favourite things from that were the soft-soft-soft pairs of dress pants.
D: Do you use a dresser, closet, or both? Dresser, closet, floor, laundry bag. It's chaos that I'd love to have someone help me with sometime...at least until we got to the older stuff and I start sneezing from the dust. *sigh*
E: What type of earrings are in your ears right now?
None...I need a nice new set of four plain studs, or two plain silver, and a pair of fun silver or Hello Kitty or whatever. ;-)
F: What type of figure do you have (measurements)?
Large-Enormous-Huge. Well, I'm well-rounded, at least! ;-)
G: Do you wear glasses?
Required, really, since I was 3 years old. I can survive around the house for short periods without them, if I'm just getting up to get something quick. Advantage of knowing where nearly everything is! ;-)
H: What type of handbag do you carry?
I have a Tinkerbell handbag, dammit. ;-) But I'm mostly using a large pinky-purple/white/spotted backpack that Jeremy found for me at Target.
I: What is your ideal style?
I'm a lot like most guys. If it's comfortable and simple, I wear it often. Elaborate "holyclothing.com" outfits for special occasions only. (and only if I'm not romping around with smaller children and babies!)
J: What is your favorite brand of jeans?
Jordache! ;-) No, I'm kidding. I need to get these damn lipedema-legs some custom-made jeans that would actually fit all parts of my legs. But I did have that one pair of designer jeans in high school....after they were nearly out of style, of course! ;-\
K: Do you wear knee-hi stockings?
Hells, no. They'd just roll right back down again! :P
L: Do you *have* to wear matching lingerie?
Gleep! *have* to wear anything is unnerving at best. If it matches, it matches. If it doesn't match, well, it's what I found that would fit!
M: Do you wear makeup?
Very rarely. Once in a blue moon some concealer on the dark circles (with dark circles, with dark circles) under my eyes. I adore eyeshadow and will wear it if I am sufficiently dressed up. Other than that, I'm a WYSIWYG person. I'm getting older, and the world can just DEAL. ;-)
N: Do you wear nightgowns?
I used to, but I find pajamas FAR more comfortable. Sleeping in sweatpants and a t-shirt was so much more comfy in the dead-of-winter fire drills at the women's dorms I have lived at at various colleges. Far better than running outside in a baby-doll-n-shorts outfit! ;-D
O: What outerwear do you put on when going out on a typical winters day?
Umm....this is New England. Layers. As many as possible. Nice black leather or purple winter jackets with a sweater over a t-shirt or some other sensible combination.
P: What is your favorite perfume?
I don't think I have any. Anais Anais is pretty nice, but mainly if I go that far I tend to just grab/get a drop or two of essential oil.
Q: Is your motto "quality over quantity" when it comes to clothing and accessories?
Hell, yeah. I need clothing that both fits and will last! I can be cheaper on the jewelry (see the Hello Kitty idea above) but I do find I prefer higher-quality things.
R: Do you wear rain boots?
No. Like snow boots, they don't fit the shape of my leg at all. Another thing I'd need to get custom-made.
S: Do you wear socks or slippers when your feet get cold?
I can wear slipper-socks in warmer coldness, but in the winter I need (hint-hint) a new pair of the good LLBeans boot-style slippers. (size 8 and 1/2 or 9) They are uber comfy and last quite well.
T: Do you have a set of travel luggage?
Ayup. From my one-and-only business trip. (to Salt Lake City) Large black hardshell bag, smaller black hardshell bag. Nothing fancy, just enough to get by. Bits and pieces of various totes and duffels and the like. Backpack, always.
U: What is your daily uniform?
Pajamas. The advantage (and disadvantage) of being mostly stuck at home.
V: If you are married, did you wear a veil with your wedding dress? If not, how did you do your hair?
We know we're married, but if we got married-type-married it'd loose me out on a chunk of my SSI check. So, no veil, no fancy hairstyle. If we did go to a Justice of the Peace route at city hall, I'd only want my father, his parents and possibly his grandparents.
W: Do you wear a watch?
Generally, no. I used to, but when I got an undefinable RSI in my left wrist a decade or two ago, I stopped wearing 'em. I try to wear at cons, though!
X: What item of clothing always makes you feel beautiful?
My black halter low-backed holyclothing.com dress. But only in good/warm weather! ;-)
Y: What is your favorite type of yarn?
Um... hemp, cotton. I don't like scratchy types of wool. But it'd have to be someone else doing the knitting, as I've tried once or thrice over the years, and I can barely make a potholder.
Z: Do you prefer zippers or buttons?
Neither, actually. Both, if I had that type of pants, though! Security is a good thing! (and keeping pants up is kinda crucial in public...;-)
