Saw my G.P. the next day, and agreed that there were a few other things I could try, but to just take the standard meds...except for the fact that I've got an infection, of a type that he sampled, in my leg, which probably means some more serious scrapes on my leg and hip are also infected. Don't know what type it is, yet. Hopefully, not MRSA again. Will finish the antibiotics Sat. morning, followed by an appointment next week to check up on it. Doxycycline twice a day, what a joy. *snork*
Good news, my chiropractor will hopefully have in the specialized pillows that I ordered when I see them this (Wed) late afternoon. I can't WAIT to be able to put my legs up higher, and have a back wedge that isn't partially folded. This should improve my health somewhat, particularly with regards to my back pain.
Been depressed, so have been shopping online rather overmuch...but at least I can keep things back for the birthdays and such next year! :-) I think I got too many T-shirts for Jeremy, but that's ok, I don't have to give 'em all at once! (and a lot of his are fairly worn-out) Jeremy's cranky with all the awakenings he's had to sign for packages, but I just can't see myself going to the mauls much, maybe to Target for one or two last-minute things-preferably at some odd hour. Wow. That sentence really sucked, didn't it? Ah, well, nobody is perfect, myself included. :-) Have gotten some good things for my family, his family, his new nephew, etc.
Found some wonderful new websites, Bas Bleu has fabulous books and book-related items. Signals and Wireless, as usual, both have marvelous things. thinkgeek is the source of infinite amusements, etc. I have wishlists for most of these places, but I don't want people stretching their budgets. It's mostly for your amusements, and it shows, I think, interesting quirks in my personalities.
Well, my back is having spasms, so I guess I'll sign off for now...
